I may be the only one, but I enjoy the set-ups in these movies more than the second half action parts. The love story, the villain's background and reasons he went to the dark side. In any case, I found the tentacled menace a better adversary than the green goblin of the first movie. The special FX improved, so spidey transitions a tad better from Tobey to CGI.
