Fight Club stars Brad Pitt as the "friend" of Edward Norton. Edward has a rather tenuous grasp on reality. He gets kicked around in the bedroom and the boardroom and he's really not gonna take it anymore. So, he finds it helps to get the crap kicked out himself. This is his release, his "screw-the-world", primal scream, anti-zen solution. Pitt is more than happy to kick the crap out of Ed. And thus Fight Club is born. But, it seems their are a lot of people feeling just like Ed. And much crap is kicked out of people in the name of therapy. Sound better than watching Dr. Phil, whoI"m sure many people would like to kick the crap out of. Anyhoo... This is good clean fun for all of us that pretend to be something we're not happy being.
