Jay Busse (idiot savant) writes words, gives opinions and looks forward to your opinions. I am not a journalist, which puts me ahead of many the blabbering, self-inflating bobbleheads spewing "news" at us on TV. Because I actually realize I'm not a journalist. Suicidal Utopia: For peeple that rede gud.

The Fifth Element

The Fifth Element is futuristic fun.

Bruce Willis is a taxi driver with a military past and credentials.

The world is about to end unless we can find the fifth element. Gary Oldman tries to stop us from finding the fifth element.

My guess for the reasons this didn't go blockbuster are: Gary Oldman's bad guy is just not that bad and maybe we boycotted because this is French.

Anyway, the special effects are freat, the colors are vibrant, yet dirty. The world is overpopulated, more so than now.

The fifth element does arrive, but will it get to the right place to save us? And how the hell is it going to save us?

It's a fun ride with Chris Rock helping Bruce kick ass and not smile even with a mostly naked Milla Jovavich.
